Elven Consultancy is a team of dedicated professionals who work closely with clients to help generate sales, build customer relations and assist with marketing campaigns.

 

After starting her sales career in membership retention for the Chartered Institute of Marketing, Elven Consultancy's creator Olivia was headhunted to set up a brand new retention team for the British Medical Association in London.

Always keen to explore new industries, Olivia has also worked in exclusive wine sales,  corporate recruitment, publishing and precision measuring sales for Spear and Jackson's Bowers Group to name a few.

 

Taking the experience gained throughout her career, Olivia made the decision to start Elven Consultancy, with the aim of making it a friendly, approachable and reliable helping hand for businesses looking to increase sales whilst improving customer retention.
